Desciption

HCQ/HCA/HCM/HCV series light-duty high-speed marine gearboxes, with a power range of 20kW to 2300 kW, a speed ratio range of 1.0 to 3.5:1, and complete product specifications. Among them, the products with "Q" model are cast iron boxes, the products with "M" models are aluminum alloy boxes, and the products with "A" and "V" models are inclination transmission structures. This series of products has a high market share and is widely used in various types of yachts, transportation boats, passenger ships, official ships and other ships. The product design and manufacturing capabilities have reached the international advanced level.

 

Main technical features of the product:

 

1. It has the functions of reversing, clutching, decelerating, and bearing the thrust of the propeller;

This series of marine gearboxes have the functions of deceleration, reverse, smooth clutch and bearing propeller thrust; they have the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight and high speed. Among them, the HCM1400 gearbox is made of aluminum alloy materials, and the key components are made of high-quality alloy materials, which can be matched with high-speed engines to form a powerful marine power unit.The HCQ1400/ HCM1400 gearboxes are arranged vertically and off-center, and the output shafts of the HCA1400/HCA1401 gearboxes have a downward inclination angle of 7°/5°, respectively.
This series of marine gearboxes are mainly used in large high-speed passenger ships, official ships, special ships, and various high-speed engineering ships.
